People in this culture/society are simply, and literally, searching for things get offended about. The only thing It has to do with is Demonizing Video Games, which is something both liberals and conservatives are very good at. It has nothing to do with being a Conservative(Hint: politically, I'm generally more conservative but I Try to be objective and see both points of view). People do not know what they are talking about. The "sex scene" isn't out of place at all and is not even really a sex scene. I dunno, maybe it's me being jaded, but I didn't think the boobage was altogether that shocking as it was only used twice in the game and didn't come off as juvenile as others have described it. A great way to get that feeling is to have orgasmic sex, which she more or less says - though she doesn't say those exact words.Īnd, anyway, what's wrong with Artyom gettin' a little somethin'-somethin'? Once rescued, she's placed in quarantine with the Sword of Damocles hanging above her head until she finds out that she's clean.Īll of those near death experiences make her to want "to feel alive", as she flat-out tells Artyom. I would say that people are not paying attention to the story or the setting enough to comprehend that the nudity was actually well done.įirstly, the brothel in Venice. And the "sex scene" (which it really isn't) seems to hit people out of left field. I'll try to point out all of the bad decisions that can be made to help you avoid them.I keep seeing in the reviews around the Interwebs that some of them bring up the nudity in the game saying that it is "gratuitous" and "out-of-place". The choices will be obvious but the game never lets you know when you've earned a "bad" point. However, there will be times where you have to turn the other cheek. This isn't true, you can knife kill or shoot your way through every level in the game if you want. People seem to get the Redemption ending mixed up with the Shadow Ranger achievement in which you have to go through the majority of the game not killing anybody.

I know it's hard, but those aren't the only examples of the "moral" points you need to achieve in order to activate the Redemption ending. Don't fret chances are you wanted to get revenge on those characters you had the choice to forgive and save. In fact, that was technically the "bad" ending that people usually get at the end of a game that has choices. Well, this might shock you, but that was not the only ending.

Judging by comments I’ve read on various social media platforms, and forums, a lot of players seem to be confused by this-particularly why the main character Artyom is able to return for the third game when he was depicted as being blown up in D6.
